The attitudes that other countries have is no different than neighbors have, of one another. RESPECT. You respect your neighbors rights, he will respect yours, You impose you religion, self rightousness, and extreme veiwpoints and he will retaliate.
Many of the ASIAN countries are very proud of the heritage, an do not like others to come an destroy it. 2 nd. If you want to uphold Veterans day, The uphold the VETERANS. When congress passes laws to benefit the vetetans for thier service, an many giving their lives for," Your rights". The least you can do is;" FIGHT and PRESERVE their rights , an benefits, from the lawyers and Judges how want to redefine the law; as they see it,rather than as it is written. MOST LAWYERS AN JUDGES HAVE HAVE NEVER SERVED IN UNIFORM.
its a shame. PROTECT THE VETERANS RIGHTS BY VOTING IN COMPENIENT PEOPLE INTO THE OFFICES THAT WILL DRASTICALLY AFFECT THEM.

thanks for giving an ear Bill Reeves Master Sargeant (Retired) USAF

I can almost FEEL the years oozing out of my pours as I remember far enough back to remember when everyone wanted to know what happened on Cheers the night before. Seinfeld was like that too. But there were no options back in the day. Now, as busy as we are and with so many choices, it becomes almost rediculous to watch something you don't really enjoy.
I guess by most measurements, I'm beginning to turn into a snob. I'd better be careful or veggie out for no reason soon.

I'm totally with you. I haven't had cable in years and am totally a snob about it, yet still end up watching TV online or through Netflix. These days I'm down to The Office, 30 Rock, and Glee. Here's to no commercials.

Brilliant and well done! You make some very interesting claims and suggestions, and you do note some very valid points regarding rhetoric and lip service in America. And those held with such a high regard, that we can't even see their heads floating in the sky....And finally they burst...Well, they do eventually come back down to earth, yes, damaged and back down to ground zero. No one can rise that high without sinking-

That's a comfortable interview worth watching. A good relationship to continue with Portland, I think.

I find the grociery store one of the truly bizarro places that I have to go regularly. It provides a major opportunity to people watch.
As for clubs and rebates and other invasions, including the LOUD SPEAKER asking me to visit the pharmacy, bakery, or deli; sometimes it would be nice to just shop. Unless of course, the option is listening to music through 40 year old speakers in the ceiling.
