What a joy!
Just a few hours ago, I was at the Mill Creek Sport Complex performing duties that I have had the honor to carry out for the past several years.
I was once again called on upon to be the public address announcer for the opening ceremonies to kick off the 2010 Blue Mountain Girls Softball Association season.
It’s always fun to be part of the excitement generated by the hoots and hollers of the fans and the players – especially as they make their way through a human tunnel formed by their fellow athletes.
It was a chilly, but sun-kissed morning. A great morning to be alive. A great morning to celebrate the beginning of another BMGSA campaign.
To all the teams, their coaches, and others involved: Much good luck to you and may your 2010 season be your best ever! And many thanks to you for allowing me to be a part of the opening ceremonies.

Thank you Eli for being a great supporter of BMGSA. It wouldn’t be an opening day without your voice announcing the teams.
Thank you,
