The only characteristic that has been predictable about the baseball playoff race in the NWAACC Eastern Region has been its unpredictability. The athletic portion of Whitman College’s internet site proudly dubbed the Missionary men’s tennis team as “lords of Northwest Conference men’s tennis” on Saturday night.
